We sent a mass email to all customers letting them know our showroom is closed, but we are still taking online orders. We will be setting up a display for people to do window shopping as they walk by and hired a local person with a delivery van to deliver products to our local customers.
Our customers were notified via email that we are still taking orders online. Shipments may be delayed a few days now but we are still operational.
We set up a Home Page notice leading to a landing page with information about the steps we are taking to ship product and about current delays. We needed customers to know we were not shutting down but taking necessary precautions.
