Program Structure

1. Who Can Refer

Any current or past Trepoly eCommerce Management client.

2. What Counts as a Successful Referral

A business that:

  • Completes a discovery call
  • Signs up for any monthly eCommerce Management plan
  • And stays active for at least 90 days

3. How Clients Can Refer

  • A personalized referral link (request it from your account manager)
  • A pre-written message you can copy/paste (request a sample message from your account manager)
  • A shared group Text Message (SMS) (include your account manager in the group SMS)
  • A simple form on our website (“Refer a Business Now”)

Tier Rewards

Tier 1 — “Connector”

Requirement: 3 successful referrals
Reward: $300 bonus payout
This tier rewards clients who actively share Trepoly with their network.

Tier 2 — “Partner”

Requirement: 5 successful referrals
Reward: $500 cash bonus
Commission boost: Earn 15% (instead of 10%) on the next referred client’s first 3 months
This tier recognizes clients who consistently advocate for Trepoly.

Tier 3 — “Inner Circle”

Requirement: 10 successful referrals
Rewards: $1,000 cash bonus
Permanent commission upgrade: Earn 12% (instead of 10%) on all future referrals
This is the highest level of recognition — reserved for clients who have become true ambassadors of Trepoly.

Terms & Conditions

To keep the program fair, transparent, and sustainable, the following terms apply:

Eligibility

  • All Trepoly eCommerce Management clients are eligible to participate.
  • Referrals must be new businesses that have never engaged with Trepoly before.

Reward Payouts

  • Rewards are issued after the initial 90‑day period.
  • Core referral commissions (10% or boosted percentages) are calculated based on the referred client’s first 3 paid months.
  • Cash bonuses for tiered rewards are issued within 30 days of achieving the tier.
  • Rewards are non‑transferable.

Tier Progress Tracking

  • Referral counts accumulate over time and do not reset annually.
  • Trepoly will notify participants when they reach a new tier.

Commission Boosts

  • Tier 2 commission boost (15%) applies only to the next referred client after reaching Tier 2.
  • Tier 3 permanent commission upgrade (12%) applies to all future referrals moving forward.

Program Changes

  • Trepoly reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the referral program at any time.
  • Any changes will be communicated to participants in advance when possible.

Limitations

  • Self‑referrals are not permitted.
  • Agencies or third‑party marketers referring on behalf of clients must disclose their relationship.
  • Fraudulent or misleading referrals will void eligibility.

Taxes

  • Participants are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on rewards received.
